We offer a flexible, seasonal cancellation policy designed to balance flexibility for your plans with the limited nature of our boutique glamping property. You can cancel for a full refund up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days of your stay, bookings are non-refundable.

While we prioritize giving you complete privacy to take in the serene Madison Valley views, management is always close by to help. You will enjoy a seamless, independent self-check-in process, but we are just a quick message or phone call away if you need anything at all.
To help us maintain a secure environment and monitor the property, we also have external security cameras active in the main outdoor areas. Your privacy inside the tents is absolute, but these external monitors allow us to ensure the property stays safe and secure throughout your stay.

To protect local wildlife and ensure a safe environment, absolutely no food is allowed inside the tents. All food items should be stored properly in designated areas.

The property features an outdoor kitchen area fully equipped with an island, a Blackstone griddle, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave with a vent, a can opener, and a toaster.

We love a night around the fire, but because Montana summers can bring high wildfire risks, campfires are strictly dependent on current local fire regulations and seasonal burn bans. When campfires are permitted, they must be kept exclusively within our designated fire pits.  Please ensure the fire is completely extinguished with water before retiring for the night.
